All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping fee: €12.95
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Available for all regions we serve

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Shipping fee: Free for orders over €50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for most regions (some remote areas excluded)

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Important Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective:

  • Ligbedkussens (Sunbed cushions)
  • Palletkussens (Pallet cushions)
  • Sierkussens (Decorative cushions)
  • Custom-made products (such as specially colored kuipstoelen or lounge sets)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be in original condition – unused and undamaged
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

The Return Process

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs for products that arrived damaged or were sent incorrectly.
  • Other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Exchanges

For exchanges:
